You will support the Director in the day-to-day management of several clients and play a key role in planning and executing campaigns for leading consumer brands within the country sporting, fashion and luxury lifestyle sector.
Work with a client portfolio which extends to include iconic British heritage brands through to prolific emerging talent from the country sporting, luxury lifestyle and fashion sectors.

Your role as Account Manager:
- Development and ownership of a multi-layered PR and brand development strategy - to include brand partnerships, influencer engagement, events and social media - to support the clients mission, build brand awareness and reputation.
Own and nurture senior level media and digital influencer relationships. Securing digital and print press coverage across targeted media titles – features, profile placement, thought leader comment, news and product placements.
Lead junior team, setting high standards of excellence and ensuring consistent alignment to strategy and objectives.
Confidently liaise with the media, selling-in stories, leading client meetings and working with the Director on new business pitches.
To inspire innovative and engaging social media, influencer outreach and collaboration activity, to facilitate effective execution from the team.
Devise and implement impactful press and influencer events, product launches and experiences.
Develop strong collaborative client relationships with all key stakeholders.
Aptitude to be a trusted confidante and sounding board to the Director across various aspects of the business.
Solid experience gained as an Account Manager working ideally within country sporting and/or luxury lifestyle and/or fashion sectors. Developing brand visibility and top tier press coverage.
A background of working within an innovative and dynamic PR team with strong, tangible media and digital influencer / industry contacts, as well as the proven ability to develop and nurture new relationships.
Creative, strategic and lateral thinker, with strong and versatile writing skills. Excellent communication skills and grasp of English grammar.
Confidence in working within a fast-paced, demanding environment – must be self-motivated, determined, and highly organised.
Ability to lead multiple projects with conflicting deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to detail and achieving deliverables against agreed budgets and often tight deadlines.
Flexibility in working across the diverse facets of the role – no two days are the same.
A team player who thrives in going above and beyond to achieve excellent results for their clients. An abundance of personal initiative and intuition, combined with a can-do attitude.
A love of the countryside, and a passionate appreciation and understanding of fieldsports.

This permanent role is based in Maisemore (GL2 8EY) and involves frequent travel (via train) to London.
To start on or before 2nd January 2018. Salary up to £28,000 dependent on experience.
