Digital Marketing Consultancy for Hicks & Brown

Whilst managing the strategy and execution for our long-term client Hicks & Brown, we saw an opportunity to increase revenue gained from their digital marketing by designing and executing a series of automated emails.

The team also provided social media consultancy and support for a three-month period to cover owner’s leave, created and scheduled posts across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, community management and recommended an improved scheduling programme for the brand moving forward.

THE RESULTS ARE IN

  • Bloxham created a series of automated emails including branded sign-up forms, a multi-step customer welcome flow and an abandoned cart email

  • Results were seen almost immediately with a 27x return on investment

  • The brand’s social media channels saw an increase of over 1,375 followers on Facebook and Instagram across the three-month period, with nearly 1,000 website visits and a total reach of over 718k, with 43.9k engagements
